Listed below is SPM Windpower recommendation on what should be done on creating jobs here in Michigan with alternative energy. These recommendations I am proposing are currently in effect in other states and should be implemented in the state of Michigan to create jobs in the alternative energy industry. If you agree with our proposal
E MAIL US IF YOU AGREE AND WE WILL PACE YOU ON THE LIST THAT WILL BE SENT TO THE STATE CAPITOL FOR MEDIATED ACTION. Don't forget to copy your state representative so they can implement it into law. According to our records this would generate 3 to 5% increase in jobs in Michigan in alternative energy industry.
This would allow us to increase our renewable portfolio standard (RPS) from 10% that will expire in 2015, to 25% , We recommend this increase and a 2% Increase after every year there after.
